My order was placed on 01/6/2024 and was received 01/16/2024..Very warm and the few ice packs they shipped my perishables in were melted. Emailed them and no response. I wasted $59.87. I will not give this to my family. Shame on this company. Next recourse is. THIS COMPANY HAS LOST TRUST AND A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

Terrible!!! The patties came unfrozen so everything was spoiled when I got it and I will never order from this company ever again because they don't know how to pack the product to send it with dry ice
